- TERM AND TERMINATION
You agree to register prior to uploading any content and/ or comment and any other use or services of this site and provide your details including but not limited to complete name, age, email address, residential address, contact number. Definition of “User” or “You” means any person who access or avail this site of the DCEC for the purpose of hosting, publishing, sharing, transacting, displaying or uploading information or views and includes other persons jointly participating in using the site of the DCEC.
You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by informing DCEC in writing to terminate your Membership. DCEC may terminate your access to the Site and/ or your membership for any reason which shall be effective upon sending notice of termination to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to DCEC. If DCEC terminates your membership because of your breaching the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund.
DCEC owns and retains all proprietary rights, including without limitation, all intellectual property rights in the DCEC Site the DCEC Service. The Site contains the copyright material, including text, image, graphics, video and sound, which is protected by copyright and/ or other intellectual property rights. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in this material are either owned by DCEC or have been licensed to DCEC by the owner(s) of those rights so that it can use this material as part of this Site. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given express permission by DCEC, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. All lawful, legal and non-objectionable messages (in the sole discretion of DCEC), content and/ or other information, content or material that you post on the forum boards shall become the property of DCEC. DCEC reserves the right to scrutinize all such information, content and/ or material posted on the forum boards and shall have the exclusive right to remove, edit and/ or display such information, material and/ or content. DCEC can at any time change, regulate or alter the content published by it. You must use the DCEC Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, federal laws and regulations.

- ARBITRATION, INJUNCTION RELIEF:
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of relating to, or in connection with Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules in the India Law. The arbitration shall be conducted by single arbitrator, selected in accordance with the rules in the Indian Law, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof, Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party has the right to seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Manipur in order to protect the rights of such party pending the completion of any arbitration hereunder , and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India and venue in Manipur for any proceeding.
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
You shall not: copy, distribute, download, display, perform, reproducer, distribute, modify, edit, alter, enhance, broadcast or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in the Site except as set out under “You may”. These restrictions apply in relation to all or part of the material on the Site. No reproduction of any part of the Site may be sold or distributed for commercial gain nor shall it be modified or incorporated in any other work, publication, whether in hard copy or electronic format, including postings to any other web site. Appropriate action will be initiated against the violators as per law of land.
