ADMINISTRATION, MANAGEMENT & STAFFS

Our Organisation has a Governing Body Called Board of Governors  consisting of 5 (Five ) Members with full experience and they are managing all Management Affairs of the Organisation including day to day affairs of the Organisation headed by the Chairman of the Organisation.

The Staffs of the Organisation are all well trained & experienced Staffs and they have got different Trainings from different Departments & Agencies from time to time.

Thus, the Members of the Organisation and General Staffs are keeping in touch each other for smooth functioning of the Organisation and everybody goes strictly as per the Rules & Regulations framed under its namely “Memorandum of Association & Bye-Law” of the Organisation.

The Management of the Organisation is systematic and formal. The books of the accounts and other relevant records have been maintained properly and the accounts are being audited annually by the Chartered Accountants. Different Sub-Managing Committee Members are formed from time to time to manage the Programmes/Projects regularly. Again, two teams of Volunteers for Male and Female are taking a great role in all activities of the Organisation.

They have been  working very sincerly for the welfare of the Society with a spirit of Voluntarism in all walks of the Organisation without any discrimination of Sex, Cast, Race & Religion as full time workers and no Honorarium is taken in their life still from the  Organisation for their benefit and most of them are from the poor family.

We  have a team of well-experienced staffs , Volunteers along with Managing Committee & Sub Managing Committee Members for looking after the day-to-day affairs and Projects of the Organisation & the Male & Female Volunteers are also working very actively as per the rules and regulations framed under its namely “Memorandum and bye-law” of the organisation.

  •  Management Structure

The General Body is the highest policy making body of the organization. The general body elects the Managing  Committee. It is entrusted to execute policy decisions. It also oversees day to day administration of the organization. The Chairman cum Managing Director acts on behalf of the Managing Committee. There are sub-committees which are headed by a member of the organization to oversee the implementation of the individual programmes.

The Management of the organization is the responsibility of the Managing Committee & on behalf of the Managing Committee the Chairman & Managing Director is the managerial head though he is accountable to the Managing Committee. The staffs of the organization are accountable to the        Director/ Executive Director or Project Manager and the Co-ordinator / Project Director are accountable to the Managing Committee.

  • FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT POLICIES, PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES

 Financial Management is the domain of the Treasurer and General Secretary. The decision is of course has to be vetted by the Chairman & Managing Director who is again bound to report to the Board of Governors. The day to day accounts, is maintained by the Accountant. Payment order is given by the Treasurer after due consultation with the Chairman & Managing Director and General Secretary. All the accounts have been computerized. The accounts of the organization are maintained in accurate accounting system. The accounts of the organization are annually audited by a registered Chattered Accountant.

  • MODE OF ELECTION

As per bye Law of the Organisation and Term of the Board of Governors  is for 5 years and Annual General Body Meeting is conducted every year

  • General Employment

 We are creating employment through our Projects and now we have created about 555 as current regular employment and we are inspiring more employees in the nearest future in our projects.

  • Organisation

Our Organisation has been recognised by different Departments, Ministries, Agencies and Organisation of District, State, National and International Level etc. We had benefited about 2, 88,000 beneficiries as on date and an outstanding International Achiever’s Award for Social Services was conferred at Bangkok, Thailand in the month of 31st October,2009 in accordance with our Activities. We have been conferred different National & International awards by different Agencies and Bodies.
